If for any reason you’re not satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@thoughtfullychosen.com with your order number.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt.

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
